HOW TO USE YOUR TERP TAP

Getting started with your Stache Terp Tap is simple! Follow these step-by-step instructions alongside our video tutorial to set up your device, adjust your settings, and enjoy your Terp Tap.

Step 1: Unpack Your Terp Tap

Carefully remove the Terp Tap base unit, decorative glass cup, tap components, and included accessories from the packaging.

Step 2: Prepare Your Cartridge

Attach your compatible 510-thread cartridge to the device's cartridge connection. Make sure the cartridge is securely attached without overtightening.

Step 3: Secure the Cartridge

Cover the cartridge with the silicone tube and secure the magnetic closures to create a seal.

Step 4: Position the Glass Cup

Place the decorative glass cup onto the Terp Tap base, directly beneath the tap handle.

Step 5: Adjust Your Voltage

Press the control button three times to cycle through the six available voltage settings.

• Blue — 2.5V

• Green — 2.8V

• Light Green — 3.1V

• Purple — 3.4V

• Red — 3.7V

• White — 4.0V

Choose your preferred setting before beginning your session.

Step 6: Dispense

With the cup positioned on the base, gently pull the tap handle to begin dispensing.

Step 7: Activate Automatic Session Mode

Press the power button twice to activate automatic session mode, as demonstrated in the video.

Step 8: Finish Your Session

Once finished, release the tap handle and make sure the device is no longer operating. Remove the glass cup as needed and clean the appropriate components according to the product's care instructions.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Keeping your Terp Tap clean is essential for maintaining optimal performance, preventing clogs, and ensuring proper airflow. A little routine maintenance goes a long way!

1. Activate Clean Mode After Every Session

At the end of each session, press the power button four times to activate Clean Mode.

This function pumps out excess air and any remaining product from the system, helping prevent clogs, minimize buildup, and maintain consistent airflow.

We recommend activating Clean Mode after every session to keep your Terp Tap performing at its best.

2. Clean Ports & Connections After Each Use

After each use, gently clean the ports and threaded connections using a cotton swab lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol.

Regular cleaning helps remove residue, prevent buildup, and avoid connection issues that may interfere with your device's performance.

Important: Make sure the device is powered off and all components are completely dry before reassembling or using it again. Never pour alcohol directly into the device.

3. Disassemble for Thorough Cleaning

The Terp Tap can also be disassembled for more thorough cleaning and maintenance.

Periodically inspect and clean accessible components to remove accumulated residue and keep everything functioning properly. Handle all connections and delicate parts with care during disassembly and reassembly.

4. Handle Dry Herb Coils With Care

Please keep in mind that the Terp Tap was not designed to function solely as a dry herb vaporizer. While it offers dry herb compatibility, it is primarily intended for use with 510-thread cartridges.

Dry herb coils are delicate and can be temperamental if mishandled or improperly maintained.

To help extend the life of your coils:

• Never touch, press, or manipulate the heating wires.

• Avoid forcing or tightly packing material into the chamber.

• Do not insert cleaning tools directly into the heating coils.

• Keep the surrounding chamber clean and free of excessive residue.

• Handle coils gently during installation, removal, and maintenance.

Improper handling and accumulated buildup can damage the heating elements and affect performance.
